Terms: (Offer Expires August 15th 2008)

1. Customer must send in original receipt (copies will not be honored).
   
2. Customer must cut UPC label off box and send in with receipt.
   
3. Customer must include serial number on pump.
   
4. Customer must submit photograph of Clean Dump Model CDPU unit installed on their RV.
   
5. We ask all dealers not to give refunds on this model during the stated time period without UPC still intact on box and original receipt. (This is to help avoid any fraudulent purchases). All Warranties are Still in Place!
   Note: Any refund issued at dealer's sole risk.
   
6. Rebate will be issued on per customer or household only within 45 days of receiving all of the above documents.

8. Shipping costs of extension hose will be deducted from rebate value.
